Kelli Masters is an attorney, sports agent, business owner, author and speaker. As a lifelong Oklahoman, Kelli fulfilled a childhood dream by becoming one of OU’s Feature Twirlers in the early 90’s, along with her twin sister, Kim. In 1997 she was crowned Miss Oklahoma, and used her scholarship money from the Miss America pageant to obtain her Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Oklahoma. In 2005, Kelli became a Certified Sports Agent and founded KMM Sports, a full service sports agency representing athletes in the NFL and other professional sports. Bleacher Report named her as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Sports Business, based upon her trailblazing success in athlete representation. Kelli made history in 2010 as the first woman to represent a top 5 pick in the NFL Draft. In addition, she continues to practice law, having argued and won cases before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Her first book, High-Impact Life: a Sports Agent’s Secrets to Finding and Fulfilling a Purpose You Can’t Lose was released in August 2021. She continues to serve as President of KMM Sports, an Adjunct Professor, and Owner of The Branch, a coworking community in Oklahoma City.

Deyna Rouse, MAC, CPA, CAP, is an Instructor in the Department of Accounting and Business Information and Analytics of the Heider College of Business at Creighton University. Prior to transitioning to academia, Prof. Rouse was a tax Shareholder with Lutz in Omaha, serving individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit clients and served as the tax lead of the nonprofit practice, as well as the lead of the tax controversy efforts of the firm. Prof. Rouse was with Lutz for almost 21 years. She has served in leadership roles on multiple community organization boards, most recently including Gesu Housing, Inc. and the Nebraska Humane Society. She has obtained the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation as administered by the American College of Financial Services.
